I’m Pandora, the founder and director, and I work with a small trusted team to design, build and grow websites that feel as good as they look. My approach

From there, everything is intentional.
I don’t believe in cluttered pages, confusing navigation or trendy features that don’t serve a purpose. I build websites that guide visitors clearly from “just looking” to “let’s work together”.
I also stay on top of industry changes so my clients don’t have to. SEO updates, accessibility considerations, performance improvements, security best practice. It’s all part of the service.
Happy by Design is a small studio by choice. That means clients get direct access to me, not layers of account managers.
When projects need specialist skills, I collaborate with trusted creatives including photographers, copywriters and technical experts. It’s a flexible, supportive way of working that keeps projects personal but polished.
